Ageing Vat

The Nivira Ageing Vat is useful for milk & ice-cream premix storage at around 4°C temperature. It have its own freezing coil operated by refrigerated unit. It is cooled by alcohol brine water solution deepen in retriggered coil. Whole body of aging vat is puff insulated. It have flooding type top lid for cleaning manually, agitator have removable stirrer & it’s easy to drain whole system.
